Campground Expos such as Kampgrounds of America (KOA) and Leisure Systems Inc. (LSI) presented some interesting new products. One that caught our eye, was something yummy! We don’t know what it is, but since our CandyLand theme is coming around soon for convention, we just can’t keep our eyes off food! Meet Stuff’n Mallows- by Fort Collins Specialty Foods. It launched 19 months ago with all-natural, handmade gourmet marshmallows that have chocolate inside. If chocolate insides don’t do it for you, try their other flavors such as mint chocolate or peanut butter chocolate varieties.
How did Stuff’n Mallows come to be? It started out as entrepreneurs in a class project at Colorado State University who won a business plan competition. They have 170 retail locations in 35 states. We think this product is perfect for our campground style!
